Steps for accessing files in windows 7!

It’s important to know how to access files in windows 7 because if you downloaded anything. But you can’t figure out where it is you'll know how to reach the files, and you’ll know exactly where the files are located. This will be important for employees that do their work from the computers because the won’t have to destroy the machines to reach a file, when most people can’t find something they are looking for on a computer. They panic and make it worst, but if you know where it is you will be alright.

Accessing the folders

These are your folders that contain files.

1. First you're going to select the Start button, then select Computer.
2. You should see all your folders in your computers

These are the files that are contained in the folders

1. once you see your folders, click on any folders to see your files.
2. when finally see the files you want, double click that file and the computer will open it for you.
